What happens if I arrive outside the agreed time?
In Marina del Este, collection is not handled by the Harbour Master’s office: our team will come to you to hand over the car at the time agreed in your booking. That is why it is very important to arrive at the agreed time or to let us know as soon as possible if there are any changes, so that we can coordinate everything smoothly. If your arrival is significantly delayed or takes place outside normal hours, please contact us via the confirmation email to reschedule the handover.
What do I need to collect the car?
We will ask for the main driver’s ID card or passport, their physical driving licence and at least one year’s driving experience (for non-EU drivers, accompanied by an international driving permit where applicable), the booking reference you receive by email, and a credit card as a security deposit. If you do not have a credit card and only have a debit card, we will arrange the security deposit via a €350 deposit, which is released when you return the car. The minimum age to drive with BayGo is 21.
