AUTO SEXI S.L. (hereinafter ‘BayGo’) is the entity responsible for the website baygo.es.
2. Acceptance and terms of use
Access to and use of the website confers the status of user (hereinafter, ‘the User’) and implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this Legal Notice, in the version published at the time of access. The User must read this Legal Notice carefully, as it is subject to change.
Access to the website is free of charge, apart from the cost of the connection via the telecommunications network of the provider contracted by the User. Certain services may be reserved for customers or subject to specific terms and conditions that supplement or amend this Legal Notice, which must be accepted prior to use.
Bookings and the contracting of car hire services are also governed by the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy published on baygo.es.

The website and all its content (text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, source code, navigation structure, databases and other elements) are protected by current intellectual and industrial property legislation, and are the property of AUTO SEXI S.L. or third parties who have authorised their use.
The reproduction, distribution, public communication, adaptation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the website’s content is expressly prohibited without the express authorisation of BayGo.
The trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs are the property of AUTO SEXI S.L. or third parties. Access to the website does not confer any rights over such trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs. Any third-party trademarks that may appear on the website are acknowledged as the property of their respective owners.
4. User obligations and prohibited use
The User undertakes to use the website properly, in accordance with the law and this Legal Notice, and shall be liable to BayGo or to third parties for any loss or damage arising from a breach of this obligation.

BayGo acts as an intermediary service provider in accordance with Article 17 of the LSSI and accepts no liability for the content or services of such sites, unless it has actual knowledge of their unlawfulness and has not deactivated the link with due diligence. The existence of Linked Sites does not imply any agreement, recommendation or identification by BayGo with their content.

BayGo accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of the information contained on this website, nor for any damages arising from actions taken solely on the basis of such information.
Availability and security. BayGo does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other harmful elements; it is the User’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate tools for their detection. If the User or any third party becomes aware that a Linked Site contains illegal, harmful, defamatory, violent or immoral content, they may report this to BayGo via support@baygo.es, providing their contact details, a description of the facts and, in the event of an infringement of rights, documentation proving ownership of those rights. The receipt of this notification does not, in itself, constitute actual knowledge for the purposes of the LSSI.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable legislation. Where the User is a consumer, the court with jurisdiction shall be that corresponding to their place of residence. In dealings with users who are not consumers, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Granada, waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled.
