Our Málaga office is located at 42 Newton Street, in the Villa Rosa Industrial Park, an area with excellent transportation links and easy access by car, with parking available to make picking up and returning the van as convenient as possible. We’ll welcome you at the office, go over the vehicle with you, and in just a few minutes you’ll be ready to hit the road.
From here, the roads open up quickly. With direct access to the A-7 and the AP-7, in just a few minutes you can reach downtown Málaga, the industrial parks, and the rest of the province. Having your van ready at a well-connected location is what saves you time when you’re working to a tight schedule.
What You Need to Pick Up Your Van
To ensure that the pickup goes quickly and without any unexpected issues, please bring a few items with you on the day you come to the office.
Documentation. We need the primary driver’s ID card or passport and their physical driver’s license, which must have been issued at least one year ago. If you’re coming from outside the European Union, check before you leave to see if your country also requires an international driver’s permit. It’s also helpful to have your reservation number handy; you’ll receive it by email once your reservation is confirmed.
Security Deposit. For cargo vans, we always retain a security deposit of €350, which is released as soon as you return the vehicle in good condition. A credit card is the standard method for this; if you pay with a debit card, full coverage is required.
Age. To drive with BayGo, you just need to be at least 21 years old and have one year of driving experience. There’s no young driver surcharge or maximum age limit.

Each van leaves the office with 400 km included per day (calculated based on the total rental period) and 24-hour roadside assistance, 365 days a year. If two of you are sharing the driving, the second driver is included at no additional cost—we just need them to be present at pickup with their driver’s license and ID.

Yes. For cargo vans, we always withhold a security deposit of €350, which is fully refunded once we verify that the vehicle has been returned in good condition.
What happens if I arrive outside of business hours?
Pickups and drop-offs at the Málaga office are only available during our business hours.
If, for any reason, you expect to arrive outside of those hours, please let us know as soon as possible: with that information, we can reschedule your reservation or find the best alternative to ensure the van is ready when you need it.
Can I pick up the van in Málaga and return it at a different location?
Yes. We have four additional locations between the Costa del Sol and the Costa Tropical (Almuñécar, Nerja, Torrox Costa, and La Herradura), so you can pick up your car here and return it wherever is most convenient for you. This is what we call our one-way service: free for rentals of 7 days or more, and for a flat fee of €30 for rentals of less than a week.
