How does delivery to my hotel or campsite work?
It’s very simple. Choose your location, let us know whether you’d like to collect the car from a hotel or a campsite, and select a time. In step 4, just tell us the name of your accommodation, and that’s it. At the agreed time, we’ll be waiting for you at reception, with the keys ready so you can set off on your journey as soon as possible.
Is there a charge for delivery to a hotel or campsite?
It depends on where your accommodation is located. Each area has its own conditions, so we recommend you take a look at the page for each one: you’ll find all the details there.
What about the refund? Do I have to go to a branch?
Usually, you return it to the same accommodation, without having to travel anywhere or change your plans. But if you’d prefer to return it at a different location, that’s also possible: this is known as a ‘one-way’ service, and we’ll arrange it with you when you make your booking.
What if the town where my accommodation is located isn't on the list?
If your town isn’t listed here, we probably don’t offer our service there. Even so, please get in touch: our customer service team will look into your case and get back to you as soon as possible. Sometimes there’s a way to find a solution.
Can I change the delivery time after booking?
Yes, subject to availability. If you give us a bit of notice, it’s usually easy to reschedule. We have less flexibility for last-minute changes, but do get in touch and we’ll see how we can make it work.
