Where to pick up your van in Motril
We don’t have an office in Motril, but we do have a meeting point at Playa de Poniente, next to the Hotel Elba Motril. There, we’ll hand over the van to you with your reservation already confirmed and all the paperwork ready: we’ll go over the paperwork, check the vehicle, and you’ll be on your way. It’s an area with ample parking and quick access to the highway. When booking, select the Motril (Playa Poniente) option so we can arrange the pickup.
Pickup is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m., and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. When you make your reservation, choose the time slot that works best for you, and we’ll arrive at the meeting point at the agreed-upon time.
As for documentation, you’ll need the main driver’s ID card or passport and driver’s license, which must have been issued at least one year ago. As a security deposit, we require a €350 security deposit, which is refunded when the van is returned in good condition: this is typically processed via credit card, and for debit cards, we require full coverage. The minimum age is 21, and a second driver is included.
