Our office in La Herradura is on Avenida Prieto Moreno, just before the seafront promenade and overlooking the bay. It’s a central location that’s easy to find, whether you’re arriving by car from the N-340 or walking from your accommodation. And if you’d rather not travel, we’ll deliver your car to your hotel or campsite free of charge.
Just a stone’s throw from the office, you’ll find the beach, the beach bars along the promenade and a good selection of restaurants where you can enjoy some grilled fish by the sea. It’s a great place to start your trip at a leisurely pace: pick up your car, drop off your bags and make the most of the morning before heading off to wherever you’ve planned to go.

What do I need to collect my car from BayGo?
To collect the car, we will ask for the main driver’s ID card or passport, their physical driving licence (with at least one year’s driving experience; if from outside the EU, please check whether you also need an international driving permit), the booking reference you receive by email, and a credit card as a security deposit. If you only have a debit card, a deposit of €350 will be taken, which will be released when you return the car. The minimum age to drive with BayGo is 21.
How do the opening hours of the office in La Herradura affect pick-up and drop-off?
Collections from our office take place during normal opening hours. For deliveries to hotels or campsites, we offer additional afternoon slots, which we will confirm when you make your booking. Returns can be made at any time thanks to our out-of-hours return system.
How does the fuel policy work?
We operate a 'fill-up' policy: we hand over the car with a specific amount of fuel, and you must return it with the same amount. We’ll note this down together when you collect the car so there’s no confusion. You only pay for the fuel you use during your journey.
Can I collect my parcel in La Herradura and return it to a different branch?
Yes, that’s what we call a one-way hire. We have five branches (La Herradura, Almuñécar, Nerja, Torrox Costa and Málaga Airport), and you can pick up the car at one branch and return it at another. There’s a fixed charge of €30, which is automatically applied when you book.
