It’s a central location that’s easy to find, whether you’re arriving by car from the A-7 or walking over from your accommodation. And if you’d rather not travel, we’ll bring the car to your hotel or campsite free of charge.
Popping into the office is also a great chance to ask us in person about routes, parking tips, places to eat in the area, or which coves are worth a detour. We know the area well and are happy to lend a hand so you can make the most of your time here.

The return process works the same way: park your car near your accommodation, leave the key at reception, and our team will take care of the rest.

What do I need to collect my car from BayGo?
To ensure a quick pick-up, please make sure you bring the following with you:
the main driver’s ID card or passport.
A physical driving licence with at least one year’s driving experience. If you’re from outside the EU, please check whether you also need an international driving permit.
Your booking reference, which you’ll find in your confirmation email.
A credit card as a security deposit. If you only have a debit card, a deposit of €350 will be taken, which is released when you return the car.
The minimum age to drive with BayGo is 21.
How do office opening hours affect collection and return times?
Pick-ups always take place during normal office hours, whether you collect the car here or we deliver it to your hotel or campsite.
For drop-offs, we offer an out-of-hours drop-off service at no extra cost, allowing you to return the car at any time. We’ll explain how it works when you collect the car.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. You can amend your booking at any time (change the dates, vehicle or pick-up location) subject to availability. And you can cancel it free of charge up to 48 hours before the pick-up time.
How does the fuel policy work?
At BayGo, we operate a 'fill-up' policy: the car is handed over with a certain amount of fuel, and you must return it with the same amount.
Can I pick up the car in Nerja and return it at Málaga Airport?
Yes, that’s what we call a one-way hire: you pick up the car at one of our five branches and return it at another, including at the airport itself before your flight. It’s free for hire periods of 7 days or more, and a fixed charge of €30 applies for hire periods of less than a week.
