Our Torrox Costa office is on Avenida de Andalucía, one of the main thoroughfares in the coastal town, right opposite the bus station. It’s a central location that’s easy to find, whether you’re arriving by public transport or on foot from your accommodation. And if you’d rather not travel, we’ll deliver your car to your hotel or campsite free of charge.
Just a few minutes’ drive away are some of the most photographed spots in the area: the Torrox Lighthouse, with the Roman ruins of Caviclum right next to it, and the old town of Torrox Pueblo, barely five kilometres away, as you head up towards the mountains. A good way to start your trip is to pick up the car in the morning, take a drive around these spots and plan the rest of your getaway from there.

Imagine arriving at the Iberostar Málaga Playa and, once you’ve settled in at your leisure, finding your car waiting for you at the door, ready to go. No extra journeys, no need to change your plans for the first day. Your holiday starts exactly where you choose, and from there, you set the course.
When making your booking, select ‘Torrox (Hotel)’ or ‘Torrox (Campsite)’ in the location field and specify the accommodation and time slot that suits you best. We’ll meet you at the agreed time and hand over the keys to you on the spot. To return the car, simply park it near your accommodation, leave the key at reception, and our team will take care of the rest.
We serve the main hotels and campsites in Torrox Costa, including the Iberostar Waves Málaga Playa, the Hotel Santa Rosa, El Pino Campsite and the MiluCar motorhome site. The collection and drop-off service at your accommodation is free of charge, with no additional cost to your booking.

Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to collect my car from BayGo?
Before visiting the office, please have the following documents ready: The main driver’s ID card or passport, their physical driving licence and at least one year’s driving experience (outside the European Union, accompanied by an international driving permit where applicable), the booking reference received by email and a credit card to act as a deposit. If you do not have a credit card and only have a debit card, we will arrange the security deposit with a refundable €350 deposit upon return of the vehicle. To drive with BayGo, you simply need to be at least 21 years old.
How do office opening hours affect collection and return times?
Pick-ups always take place during normal office hours, whether you collect the car here or we deliver it to your hotel or campsite. For drop-offs, we have an out-of-hours drop-off system that allows you to return the car at any time; we’ll explain how it works when you collect the car.
I'm staying at the Iberostar Málaga Playa – is there anything I need to bear in mind when parking?
Yes. Right next to the hotel there is a large car park which is taken up by the town’s weekly market on Mondays. For this reason, parking there is prohibited on Sunday nights and any cars left there will be towed away. If you’re staying at the Iberostar and have come by car, or are collecting it from us on a Saturday or Sunday, please bear this in mind when choosing where to park it on Sunday night.
How does the fuel policy work?
We operate a 'fill-up' policy: we hand over the car with a specific amount of fuel, and you must return it with the same amount. We’ll note this down together when you collect the car so there’s no confusion. You only pay for the fuel you use during your journey.
Can I collect the item in Torrox and return it to a different branch?
Yes, and it’s one of the most common scenarios: returning the car at the airport on the day of your flight saves you the journey back to Torrox. We call this a one-way service, and it’s also available between our other branches. It’s free for hire periods of 7 days or more, and a fixed charge of €30 applies for hire periods of less than a week.
